DIGNITY:  The understanding of a Participant’s needs and treating them with respect.

INDEPENDENCE:  Allowing a Participants to take calculated risks, to make their own decisions and think and act for themselves.

CHOICE:  Giving a Participant the opportunity to select from a range of alternative options.

RIGHTS:  Keeping all basic human rights available to the Participant.

FULFILMENT:  Enabling the Participant to realize their own aims and helping them to achieve these goals in all aspects of daily living.

0114 Community Nursing Care – covering basic to complex care delivered by experienced Registered Nurses in the comfort of your own home. This can be on regular or occasional basis.

0117 Daily Living life skills-Assisting participants with capacity building to perform the following tasks independently or with assistance :showering , personal hygiene and grooming , dressing and undressing ,  meal preparation and feeding, mobility and transfer and  toileting.

0107 Assistance with daily personal Activities – getting participants ready for the day, assisting to do as much as they can to stay healthy, assisting with shopping,  being safe  and keeping where participants  live clean and up to standard.

0104 Daily personal Activities High Intensity – covering, respite care ,  bowel care, catheter care, blood sugar checks and  insulin administration, wound management, tracheotomy care , pain management and palliative care.

0115 Daily tasks in a group or shared living arrangement

0120 Household tasks- covering Laundry, meal preparation,  housekeeping ,cleaning and home safety, lawn mowing and gardening .

0125 Participation in community – covering social and civic activities
